Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of these products, the following cannot be returned:

  • EnZebra® Candles: Candles that have been burned or used
  • zExclusive Vintage: Final sale items marked as such at purchase
  • Clearance or Limited Edition items (unless defective)

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@zebraindustries.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for eligible returns)
4. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll assist you with the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@zebraindustries.com with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
